Working under general contractor EllisDon, Render Construction delivered the brick and stone veneer for the new West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby, Ontario, a four-storey, roughly 192,000-square-foot acute-care hospital built for Hamilton Health Sciences through Infrastructure Ontario. The building carries 61 patient beds, including a four-bed intensive care unit and a maternity unit, three operating rooms, and a first-floor emergency department, and opened in November 2025. As a landmark public hospital on a tight, active site, the masonry had to meet the finish and durability standard a healthcare facility demands while keeping pace with a fast institutional schedule.
